Each year, CARA offers scholarships to the Summer Workshop and to the APRA Conference. Scholarships are awarded to CARA members who work at least 50% of the time doing advancement research, and who demonstrate financial and research training needs. This year's recipients are as follows:

- Camille Lofaro - Scripps (to APRA)
- Sandra Campero - Keck School of Medicine at USC (to APRA)
